 PGKMen Places a high regard on both our Client needs and our Model's best interest.

Our Booking Policy is aimed at serving these interests in a professional, friendly manner.

Rates and Terms: 

Rates and terms are subject to change without notice .

Half Day = up to 4 hours.

Full Day= Any Booking over 4 hours.

Confirmation= Confirmed Bookings must be  made via Email

Cancellation=Cancellation within 72 hours of Confirmed Booking shall be paid at Full Rate*

(*Weather or other rescheduled booking shall be paid at half rate)

** Last minute Bookings within 72 hours must paid in full upon cancellation with the exception of Weather/Rescheduled Bookings.

Overtime= shall be paid at models prevailing overtime rate. Overtime is billed in hourly increments. Specific inquiries should be made prior to commencement of overtime.

Nudity / Underwear = must be discussed prior to confirmation. May be subject to special rates on a case by case basis per Model

Travel= Travel is Billed at half day rates. Per Diem may apply.  Travel related expenses shall be billed and paid seperately.

Releases= All Releases must be approved by PGKMen before being presented to Model for signature.

Usage= All usage must be declared prior to confirmation. Additional usage must be declared at it's inception and prior to it's commencement.

Payments made later than 30 days from date of invoice shall be considered late. Payments made after 45 days are subject to 5% late charge per month.

Bookings shall be deemed complete as negotiated at their conclusion without notice by client of any dispute. Notice of dispute must be made at time of occurrence.

Clients agree to make all payments for Models Services directly to PGKMen per Invoice instructions.
